What are the functions on File Manager? How to access?

This File Manager is a web-based File Manager that allows a user to completely manage a website without the need of FTP or Shell access. You can perform tasks such as:

  • Create new files using a WYSIWYG html editor (like FrontPage or Dreamweaver)!
  • Edit existing files
  • Change permissions on files
  • Upload one or multiple files and handle ascii/binary transfers
  • Search for files based on file names, or full text searches
  • Multi-file search and replacement
  • Archive management - create, view, extract .tar files as well as .tar.gz files

To access to File Manager, follow the steps below:

 

1.   Login to WCP

      http://wcp.yourdomain.com

      ex: http://wcp.wcpdemo.com 
 
 
2.   Click Website Setting and then click File Manager
 
 
3.   Click File Manager again.
 
 
4.   File Manager will popup a new browser. Please ensure your PC does not block the popup screen.
