Please check the following:

-Only CSV file is supported;
-The column A of the CSV file should be 0 for all NEW items;
-Don’t forget to remove the first row of the CSV file ("data field reference") before importing it into the system;
-Some fields are compulsory, please download the Data Field Reference file and read it carefully.
