Where do I get the FTP Login information?
The First Step
When the account is active, you will receive an Email with subject of “CS Center Login Information". As long as you follow the instructions in the Email, you can login to the CS center (
Online
Customer
Service
Center ).
The Second Step
Browse through https://support.communilink.net , enter your username (Customer ID) and password.
TheThird Step
When you login to the page, click “Account Password”.
The Last Step:
Click “Login information( in blue font ) ”. All of your account information will be shown, including the Web Hosting Service Plan, WCP, FTP, Email Manager and POP3/SMTP.
