You can transfer the domain by yourself or request CommuniLink to transfer it  to CommuniLink’s DNS. Please choose the preferred one:

Transferring domainby myself  

Generally, Domain Registrar will send you an Email containingyour Domain Authorization Information, so that you can modify your DNS.

Yes. Simply login to your Domain Control Panel and find the DNS section, enter the following data:  

In general, the registrar needs 24-36 hours to renew your DNS’s name.

You can request the Domain Name Registrar or the intermediaries tosend you an Email containing the Domain Authorization information. After that you can go to the Next.  

If the intermediaries cannot offer you the Domain Authorization information, you can give the name and IP of CommuniLink’s DNS to intermediaries, and ask them to help you to modify:

Transferring domainby CommuniLink:  

If you want to use our web hosting plan or Email services, CommuniLink is pleased tohelp you to transfer the domain name to CommuniLink’s server for free, but you need to prepare the following documentaries to us:
 
Please choose your domain category:  

 Domain Name of Hong Kong (e.g..hk, .com.hk, org.hk)

 International Domain /Domain Name of China (e.g. .com, .net,.cn,.com,.cn)

Domain Name of Hong Kong :

 1.The proper documents (such as Hong Kong business registration Certificate and  HKID) to be submitted when register the domain name.

 2.The Domain Authorization Information, you can find it in the Email which has been sent to you after your Domain name registration.

If you forget or loss your Domain Authorization Information, you can call (852) 2319 1313 to get the information from HKDNR.

International Domain /Domain Name of China  

Generally, Domain Registrar will send you an Email about your DomainAuthorization Information, so that you can modify your DNS.  

Please sent us your “Domain Authorization Information” via Email, including: User  ID, Passwords and Login websites.
