Why every file I upload to FTP is 0 byte on the server?

1.   Every time you upload a file to the server, if it becomes empty or zero byte after it is uploaded, it is most likely because of a personal firewall setting that you have on your computer.

To fix the problem, either configure your personal firewall to allow your own FTP connection, or disable your firewall while you have FTP connection.

2.    If only this time you cannot upload, your FTP storage maybe FULL.

To fix the problem, either delete some files in your FTP storage, or contact our Customer Service Department to order extra storage for your FTP.
