Can I send mass email to customers and my Website members?

Using CommuniLink Server to send mass email, will lead to the following problems:
1. CommuniLink SMTP will overload that it influences other customers shared the same server. 2. There is a chance that you will be treated as a spammer and listed on the malicious attacks so as your domain and the IP address will be blocked by some Email Service Providers. Next time you send an Email to their server will be treated as Spam Email. 3. If CommuniLink detects the situation is occurred as mentioned before by any of our customers sending mass email we may halt services without notice.
