Your location:FAQ > Domain Email > Email Manager
When I create an email account in Email Manager, it says the user account already exist, but there's no such account in my email account list.

The email account you want to create is in your Forward List which functions as virtual email account.

 

1) After Login to Email Manager, click Forward

 

2) You will see the email account name that you tried to add

 

3) Click Delete Button

 

4) Confirm Delete

 

5) Create the email account again.
