What is a Mailing List?

Mailing List is to facilitate communication between different groups of members; it is mainly reserved for company internal use.

For example, if your company sends emails to a group of people on a regular basis, your administrator could set up a Group - Group itself is an email address - and save the members email address on the name list. Later on, when your company needs to send emails to that group of people, addresses to the Group only and the emails will be delivered to all recipients that are on the list, which will save much time for inserting email addresses on the TO field.

Note:

Bulk emails cause heavy traffic loads; to sustain our service quality, it is not recommanded to set more than 50 email addresses on each Group List.
