How do I transfer my DNS (Domain Names Server) to CommuniLink?
You can transfer the domain by yourself or request CommuniLink to transfer it to CommuniLink's DNS.
Transferring domain by myself
Generally, Domain Registrar will send you an Email containing your Domain Authorization Information, so that you can modify your DNS.CommuniLink. Simply login to your Domain Control Panel and find the DNS section, enter the following data:
If you are not able to login to your Domain Control Panel, you can request the Domain Name Registrar or the intermediaries to send you an Email containing the Domain Authorization information.
If the intermediaries cannot offer you the Domain Authorization information, you can give the name and IP of CommuniLink's DNS to intermediaries, and ask them to help you to modify.
Transferring domain by CommuniLink If you want to use our web hosting plan or Email services, CommuniLink is pleased to help you to transfer the domain name to CommuniLink's server for free, please sent us your “Domain Authorization Information” via Email, including: User ID, Passwords and Login websites. In general, the registrar needs 24-36 hours to renew your DNS's name. |
