What is the Bandwidth?
When people browsing the web pages, their computers are requesting the web page files from the servers so that web pages will be shown on the monitors. The amount of data sent and received between visitors and servers is the bandwidth.
As web hosting company always put different web sites account in the same server together, if one of the sites exceeds the bandwidth, it will affect other sites on the same server. That is the reason why there will be a dramatically slow down or even prevent all access to a web site.
To ensure the connection speed of the website, most web hosting compan ies point out the bandwidth limit on their web hosting service plan.
