Why I can’t delete my email in Webmail ?

When your mailbox capacity is full or near full, error message will be encountered when you delete your email :

Server response: [ALERT] You exceeded your mail quota.

As a copy of deleted messages will be copied to the trash as a backup, Therefore, if your mailbox does not have enough space for e-mail copy, the error message will be displayed.


You may either choose one of the following method to solve the above error:

 

1.       Clear the message in trash folder.

2.       Download messages to your email client .eg: Outlook

3.       Increase the capacity of your email box via Email Manager

4.       Send e-mail to our Technical Support Department ([email protected]) to delete your email at once.

Note: CommuniLink could only delete all the email in webmail at once. We will not selectively delete the e-mail. Please also provide your user names, passwords and folder name in the e-mail.
