Different Domain Registrar will have different ways to modify the contact information or manage Domain. Generally, Domain Registrar will send you an Email containing your Domain Authorization Information, so that you can modify your DNS.
 

If you registered Domain Name through CommuniLink, Please choose your domain category:

 Domain Name of Hong Kong (e.g..hk, .com.hk, org.hk)

 International Domain /Domain Name of China (e.g. .com, .net,.cn,.com,.cn)

Domain Name of Hong Kong

HKDNR will send you an Email about your Domain Authorization Information, so that you can modify your DNS.

If you forget or loss your Domain Authorization Information, you can call (852) 2319 1313 to get the information from HKDNR.

International Domain /Domain Name of China

Generally, Domain Registrar will send you an Email about your Domain Authorization Information, so that you can modify your DNS. .

If you forget or loss your Domain Authorization Information, you can call (852) 29980833 or Email to [email protected] to get the information from our Supporting Manager. The email relating to the password will be sent to the Registrant Contact Email address only,

You can also complete a “Modification of Primary Contact/ Domain Information Form” to modify your account information. Please note that the “Modification of Primary Contact/ Domain Information Form” must be printed on stationery of the account holders' company. And the form should be sealed with the company seal. Please complete it and fax to (852) 2998 0800. If you created an individual account please fax the form with your HKID photocopy to (852) 2998 0800.
