Why my Outlook / Outlook express keep asking me the password?

This is email authentication issue!
Please ensure that your Account name or Useraccount name in Outlook / Outlook express is set an email address, not only a name.
And it is better to enable the check box of Remember password to avoid popup for password for every request.of receving email.
