In order to transfer your domain name to CommuniLink, the following conditions must be met:

1. Your domain name has been registered in your current registrar for at least 60 days.
2. The domain name is not involved in any legal or financial dispute; and is in active status.
3. The domain name is not expired and is 30-day before expiration. If the domain is expired or is about to expire, you will need to renew it in your current registrar before applying a registrar transfer.
   Note:
   If the domain is expired, it will be ineligible to transfer for 60 days.
4. The domain's Administrative Contact e-mail address is a valid e-mail address.
   Note:
   If you do not have access to this e-mail address, please contact your current registrar for information on changing it before initiating a registrar transfer request.
   If you have Domain WHOIS Privacy enabled, it must be disabled. Please contact the current registrar to disable it.
