How do I request my User ID and Password for my Domain Account Manager?

Different Domain Registrar will have different ways to modify the contact information or manage Domain.Generally, Domain Registrar will send you an Email containing your Domain Authorization Information, so that you can modify your DNS. If you registered Domain Name through CommuniLink, Please choose your domain category:
Domain Name of Hong Kong You can call (852) 2319 1313 to get the information from HKDNR. International Domain /Domain Name of China If the Domain Name is registered through CommuniLink and you forget or loss your Domain Authorization Information, you can call (852) 29980833 or Email to [email protected]to get the information from our Supporting Manager. The email relating to the password will be sent to the Registrant Contact Email address only,
If the Domain Name is registered through other company, you can contact with your Domain Name Registrar or the intermediaries and request them to email you the Domain Authorization information. |
