What can I do if my website exceeds the limit of Bandwidth?
Bandwidth costs money. Our Customer Service Department will send you the invoice if Bandwidth is over about 100MB per month.
You can contact our Customer Service Department for the extra Bandwidth service.
To avoid extra cost, you can login to WCP to enable the shutdown option for your website once the bandwidth exceeds the limit. Your website will be re-activated again on the 1st day of the next month.
1) Login to WCP
2) Click Account and then click Account Overview.
Choose On or Off depending your preference.
Note: The system takes upto 24 hours to enable and disable the setting. |
